Cookie policy
Language. This is an English translation of the Spanish original, provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
Who uses the cookies on this website?
The first-party cookies on azahardata.com are used by Azahar Data Insights, S.L., with tax identification number (NIF) B22711154 and address at Avenida José Jornet Navarro 1, Bloque A, Escalera 2, planta 5, puerta C — 03005 Alicante. You can find full identification details in the legal notice.
Third-party cookies are used by the providers identified below, each in accordance with its own policy.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of text that is stored in your browser when you visit a website. It allows the site to recognise your device on subsequent visits and to retrieve information saved previously. Alongside cookies there are other technologies with the same function, such as the browser's local storage or tracking pixels, which are subject to the same information and consent requirements.
Consent, refusal and withdrawal
When you access this website, you are shown a banner from which you can accept or reject the installation of cookies, or open a settings panel to manage your preferences by category.
Valid consent. Consent is only deemed to have been given through a clear affirmative action, such as clicking the accept button. Silence, inactivity, scrolling through the page or simply browsing do not constitute consent.
Prior blocking. No cookie that is not strictly necessary is installed until you give your express consent. If you do nothing with the banner, no analytics cookies, or cookies of any other type subject to consent, are downloaded.
Equal options. Accept and reject are presented on the same layer, at the same level and with the same prominence. Rejecting is no harder than accepting.
No cookie wall. Access to the content of this website is not conditional on your accepting cookies. You can reject them and carry on browsing normally.
Withdrawal. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, from the cookie settings panel described below.
What information does a cookie store?
Cookies do not store sensitive information such as bank details, photographs or personal documents. The data they hold are technical, statistical or related to browsing preferences. However, where a cookie uses unique identifiers that make it possible to distinguish one user from another, the associated information may constitute personal data and is subject to data protection legislation.
What types of cookies are there?
- Technical cookies: enable browsing and the basic functioning of the site, such as identifying the session, controlling traffic or applying security measures.
- Preference or personalisation cookies: remember options that you yourself have chosen, such as the language.
- Analytics or measurement cookies: make it possible to understand and analyse how the website is used in order to improve it.
- Advertising and behavioural advertising cookies: make it possible to manage advertising space or to show advertising based on browsing habits. This website does not use cookies in this category.
Depending on how long they remain active, cookies may be session cookies, which disappear when you close the browser, or persistent cookies, which are kept for a set period.
Cookies exempt from consent
Cookies that only enable communication between your device and the network, and those that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested, are exempt from the obligation to inform and to obtain consent. They include user-input cookies for forms, session authentication cookies, security cookies and user interface customisation cookies where you are the one who chooses the option.
All other cookies, whether first-party or third-party, require your prior consent.
What cookies does this website use?
This website uses first-party and third-party cookies. Below we describe the purposes for which they are used and then give a detailed list of each cookie with its owner, purpose and duration.
First-party and strictly necessary cookies
The only first-party cookies set when you browse this website are the ones that store your decision about cookies, described in the next section. The forms and the WhatsApp contact button do not set any cookies. They are exempt from the consent requirement under Article 22(2) of the LSSI-CE, because they are necessary to provide the service you request.
The appointment booking system synchronises with Google Calendar from our server, without any Google component being loaded in your browser. The WhatsApp button only opens a conversation in the app when you click it: until then, no data are passed to Meta.
Consent management
The cookie banner is managed by Complianz, a plugin installed on our own server. It stores the preferences you have selected in first-party cookies, so that we do not ask for your consent again on every visit, and keeps the record that proves your decision in our database. It does not share that data with Complianz B.V. or with any other third party. These cookies are also strictly necessary: without them we could not respect your decision.
Third-party cookies: audience measurement
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how this website is used and to improve it. The measurement tags are deployed through Google Tag Manager, which loads without setting any cookies and only triggers those tags once you give your consent. The information collected is used for statistical purposes. It is not used to build advertising profiles or to show you advertising.
These cookies require your consent. If you refuse it, they are not installed and your visit is not counted.
International data transfers
Google services may involve transfers of data to the United States. Those transfers are based on the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is listed as certified.
If in the future we add tools from providers that are not certified under that framework, transfers will be based on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, supplemented by the additional measures necessary to ensure a level of protection equivalent to that required by the GDPR.
Detailed list of cookies
First-party cookies, exempt from consent. They are set by Azahar Data Insights, S.L. and are needed for the website to work and to respect the decision you make about the others.

cmplz_banner-status |

cmplz_id, cmplz_user_data |
The same, during the current visit. They are kept in the browser’s session storage. | Session |
Third-party cookies, subject to your consent. They are set by Google Ireland Limited through Google Analytics, and only if you accept the analytics category. If you reject it, or if you do nothing with the banner, they never reach your browser.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
_ga |
To distinguish one visitor from another by means of a random identifier, so that unique visitors can be counted. | 2 years |
_ga_<property ID> |
To maintain the state of the Google Analytics session and to distinguish a new visit from a returning one. The suffix identifies the analytics property it belongs to. | 2 years |
The durations in both tables are the maximums we set. In practice they may be shorter: Chrome and other browsers limit any cookie to 400 days, and Safari reduces those set by a script, as all the cookies on this website are, to 7 days. You can delete them whenever you wish from your browser, or withdraw your consent from the settings panel described below.
How can you configure or withdraw your consent?
Cookie settings panel
You can change or withdraw the consent you have given at any time from our cookie settings panel, which is permanently accessible from the link in the footer of this website.
Browser settings
Independently of the panel above, you can allow, block or delete the cookies installed on your device through your browser's options. Please note that blocking all cookies may prevent this and other websites from working properly.
If you would like additional control over the installation of cookies, there are browser extensions that allow you to block them selectively.
Validity of your consent
We keep the decision you make about cookies so that we do not ask you for it again on every visit. In line with the guidance of the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), Spain's data protection authority, consent is renewed at least once every 24 months. We will also ask you for it again if the purposes of the cookies or the third parties that use them change.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when we add new tools to the website or when the applicable legislation changes. The date of the last update appears at the end of this page.
